Comedy Central Österreich ist ein deutschsprachiger Ableger des US-Comedykanals Comedy Central. Der Eigentümer ist Viacom. Der Schwerpunkt Des Unterhaltungsprogramm ist Comedy und ist mit dem von Comedy Central Deutschland identisch. Jedoch bietet man für Österreich, wie auch schon bei VIVA Austria und nickelodeon Austria, eigene Werbefenster an. Der Kanal startete in Österreich am 1. Januar 2011 um 3:00 Uhr und ersetzte VIVA Austria der bis dahin eine gemeinsamen Frequenz mit nickelodeon teilte. Der Sender verbreitet sein Programm in der Zeit von 20:15-6:00. Neben deutschen Eigenproduktionen werden auch US-amerikanische, britische und kanadische Produktionen ausgestrahlt.
