Plot:
Sandy wants very much to be in her own fairy tale. SpongeBob takes an interest in Sandy's wish and tells her the story of "Alice in Wonderland". For a second Sandy falls asleep and she opens her eyes to see that she is wearing a blue dress and blouse and SpongeBob has turned into a rabbit and is in a great hurry.
Sandy follows Mr. Rabbit down a tunnel. At the bottom, she loses her Page to Mr. Rabbit, who disappears at the end of the tunnel. Sandy notices there is a small door, but it’s locked. She finds the key to the door on a table that just appeared. She unlocks the door, but she's too big to fit through the little door. With that she closes, locks the door and puts the key back on the table. Then Sandy notices there is a bottle that just appeared. Before Sandy can drink it, the bottle tells her not to drink him, but say things that rhyme with 'drink'. Sandy does and she shrinks to the right size to go through the door, but she recalls she locked it and left the key on the table, where it is out of her reach. Sandy finds a cookie who tells her to say things that rhyme with 'eat'. Sandy says so many rhymes, she grows pretty big, but she manages to balance her size, grab the key and shrink herself to a small size. Sandy takes Bottle and Cookie with her as she unlocks the door and enters a flowerbed.
Further in the flowerbed, Sandy meets the Plankerpillar (played by Plankton) and his partner Little Pearl (played by Pearl), but does not want to join in their inventing game. With Cookie's help, Sandy restores herself to her regular size. Just then Mr. Rabbit rushes past and Sandy runs after him, passing Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum (played by Mr. Krabs and Mrs. Puff, respectively), whom the former tells the latter that they are actually not in this story. Sandy bumps into a tree and meets the Cheshire Patrick Cat (played by Patrick), who points her in the direction of a tea party.
At the tea party, Sandy meets the Mad Hatter (played by Squidward), Mr. Rabbit and Mousie (played by Narlene). To Sandy's surprise, the Hatter doesn't serve tea, but letters 'T' in the cups. The Hatter shows Sandy his collection of hats. After that Sandy asks Mr. Rabbit for her Page, but with the hole in his pocket, he dropped it somewhere. The Cheshire Patrick Cat appears, guzzles up all the scones and ice cream and scares away Mousie.
Sandy walks down a path in the search for her page until she sees the path forks into four directions. As Mr. Rabbit comes to talk with Sandy, she sits down in despair of being lost in this wonderland. Soon Mr. Rabbit rushes off to attend the King's Croquet Game. Abby follows him and finds a door in a tree. The door takes her to the chrome castle of the queen, "The Karen of Memorys" (played by Karen). The queen has Sandy's Page thinking it's a new royal scepter. Sandy tries to retrieve her page, challenging the queen to a game of croquet, but she cheats. Mr. Rabbit protests at the Queen's decision to keep the page. Before his karenlings can throw out Sandy and Mr. Rabbit, they both use Cookie to grow large. They scare the karenlings and the Queen away. Once Sandy and Mr. Rabbit restore themselves to their original size, Sandy reclaims her page. Sandy is unable to write herself back home, but Mr. Rabbit reminds her she's still dreaming.
Back in Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob shakes Sandy awake. Although Sandy sort of got her wish to be in a fairy tale, she thinks she's better off being in a fairy tale when she's a little older.
