Steve (Blue's Clues)

What do you think about this green character?

Steve from Blue’s Clues.

Note: I tried to inform everyone about it on r/tipofmytongue and the Spongebob wiki, but I didn't get a response. I'm also unable to use the r/tipofmytongue Discord because I'll get the same result.

There is one scene from a Blue's Clues episode I remember: It has Sidetable Drawer struggling to open her drawer until Steve helps her open to get his notebook. I recall seeing that scene get used in an old YTP except they used the WTF Boom sound effect that was commonly used in other YTPs and added an explosion effect (I don't know if the video's still on YouTube).
