The 5th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards were held on April 22, 1991 in Los Angeles, California. The show was hosted by Corin Nemec, and introduced the KCA Hall of Fame award. This is the first ceremony to take place at the Pauley Pavilion arena in California.
