- February 16: Eryk Casemiro was laid off and stepped down as Executive Vice President of Nick Jr. Preschool Television. Robert Davis will replace him.
- April 29: Bob Bakish retires and steps down as President and CEO of Paramount Global.
- July 9: Preparations for Paramount Global merging with Skydance Media are taking progress. The new CEO of Paramount Global is revealed to be David Ellison
- July 19: Many Paramount channels (as well as non-Paramount channels such as ESPN and MeTV Toons) recieved an outage, which includes Nicktoons and the west feed of Nick Jr. They were down for many hours.
