"Abra-Catastrophe!" is the first Fairly OddParents made-for-TV movie, which makes up the show's 27th, 28th, and 29th episodes.
Synopsis[]
When Timmy wakes up from a nightmare, he is introduced to a Fairy-versary party by all the fairies, celebrating his one-year mark of keeping his fairy godparents a secret. Among the various magical fairy gifts Timmy receives from the fairies, Jorgen Von Strangle presents him with the "Fairy-versary muffin", a snack that grants a rule-free wish to anyone who takes a bite out of it. When the party is over, Timmy wonders why he was given fairy godparents in the first place. Wanda tells Timmy it all began two years ago, when his parents lied to him about wanting to travel to parts unknown, which resulted in him calling on the services of Vicky and not realizing she was evil until it was too late. Timmy becomes depressed from learning that he's been stuck having Vicky as his babysitter all because of a lie and wishes that his parents would not lie anymore. Consequently, under the influence of Cosmo and Wanda's magic, Mr. and Mrs. Turner reveal how much they have lied to Timmy and admit that dismissing truths only makes their lives easier. After Timmy leaves for school, his parents feel guilty and decide to count the total number of lies made to their son.
Timmy arrives at school with his lunch, including his magic muffin, but is followed by his insane teacher, Mr. Crocker, who shoots a fork which aims at Timmy's lunch bag, causing the muffin to fall out of sight. During the lunchtime at the cafeteria, a food fight with muffins ensues. However, A.J.'s pet monkey that Timmy sets free, Bippy, eventually ends up with the Fairy-versary muffin, before Timmy or Crocker can find it. Bippy takes a bite out of the muffin and makes his wish, causing the whole world to be changed into a jungle, making monkeys and apes rulers of the planet earth. Consequently, Jorgen Von Strangle reassigns all fairies to serve fairy godparents to monkey children, with Cosmo and Wanda being assigned to Bippy. Still remembering Cosmo and Wanda in the treehouse version of his hometown, Timmy returns to the jungle version of his school, where he and the other students witness Crocker being arrested by the ape overlords for planning to use fairy magic to overthrow them. Using the detector from Crocker's Cave, Timmy heads to the Forbidden City, where he disguises himself as the trash can and attempts to retrieve the magic muffin in order to undo Bippy's wish, only for him to end up being sent to a place for human dissection by the apes, along with Crocker and Francis. Under Crocker’s orders, Timmy is then taken to a surgical room where the apes try to dissect him. Remembering Timmy freed him from his cage during the school's food fight, Bippy fights to save Timmy by wishing the world back to normal, making humans the dominant species again.
To make matters worse, the magic muffin has now ended up in Mr. Crocker's hands, having been dropped earlier by Bippy when he went to rescue Timmy. Crocker uses the muffin to obtain a butterfly net — one of the few items a fairy's magic has no effect on — and capture Wanda in order to become an all-powerful magical dictator using her magic. While Jorgen orders to scramble the fairies and destroys the bridge between Fairy World and the Earth, Crocker becomes a dictator and transforms Dimmsdale and the entire world into a bleak wasteland ruled by him, and all citizens become his slaves. Back in the Turner’s residence bedroom, Timmy manages to be immune to Mr. Crocker's magical effects with the magical presents he received from his Fairy-versary party. With his identity concealed, he uses his magic to fight Mr. Crocker's magic. Cosmo briefly assists Timmy during the fight, only to end up joining Wanda in Mr. Crocker's scepter. Mr. Crocker battles Timmy throughout various areas. After Timmy's identity is inadvertently revealed, Mr. Crocker goes to Timmy's residence and holds Timmy's parents hostage.
Upon arriving back at his home, Timmy surrenders and asks Mr. Crocker for one last moment with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Turner apologize for lying and reassure their love to Timmy, whom at this point confesses to them he has fairy godparents, thereby losing Cosmo and Wanda, which frees them from Mr. Crocker's scepter. Mr. and Mrs. Turner beat up Mr. Crocker, now powerless without the fairies. Timmy acquires and east the rest of the Fairy-versary muffin and wishes Cosmo and Wanda to be his godparents again. The fairies poof the world back to normal and make everyone forget they existed. Timmy's parents now stop lying to their son, and Mr. Crocker is locked away in an asylum. Unfortunately, Jorgen arrives in Timmy's room, saying that even though the world is back to normal, Timmy still broke "Da Rules" and must forfeit Cosmo and Wanda. However, Timmy then throws the amnesia-granting doorknob at Jorgen's face, causing him to forget why he actually showed up, so Timmy convinces him that he was actually assigning Cosmo and Wanda to be his godparents. Jorgen does so, thus allowing Timmy to keep Cosmo and Wanda. The bridge to Fairy World has been repaired and from within the institution, Crocker hears the fairies cheering, only for him to be sedated again; this time, by Timmy and his fairy godparents.
