Barry Anthony Trop (June 221952 - October 272016; aged 64) was a former music composer for SpongeBob SquarePants. He was credited as a composer from season 4 through the first half of season 9, although his tracks continue to be played on the show. The episode "Snooze You Lose" was dedicated to his memory, and was the last time he was credited as a composer.
