Bernie Kibbitz is an very elderly Jewish man played by Josh Server. The character first appeared during the show's third season, and would appear sporadically throughout the series until Season 5, often appearing in Good Burger sketches, where Bernie was established as a regular customer and often the subject of Ed's hijinks.
During "All That's 10th Anniversary Reunion Special", Bernie Kibbitz would make a return during a "Good Burger" sketch, where he would be joined by his niece, Bernice (Christina Kirkman).
