Robert Michael Moynihan Jr. (born January 31, 1977), known professionally as Bobby Moynihan, is an American actor, comedian, and writer. Moynihan was a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2017. Moynihan had voice acting roles in television and movies, such as Chet Alexander in Monsters University, Panda in We Bare Bears, Mel in The Secret Life of Pets movies, Louie in DuckTales (2017), Mayor Percival Muldoon in The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature, Melvin, Mortimer and Jimjams in Summer Camp Island, Dude in the Descendants franchise, and Fantos the Amassor in Kid Cosmic.
