Bruce Windchill is the most successful weatherman in the Drake & Josh series. There is a lot to say about the stallion Mr. Bruce Winchill, his perfect hair, his ability to correctly predict the weather, his dashing looks. It is safe to say that the San Diego metropolitan area tunes in for more than just the weather when Bruce is giving his forecast. He is most notable for always having better and more accurate forecasts than the weatherman on the competing network, Walter Nichols aka Mr. Smoochie Wallace.
