Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist, screenwriter, director and producer. He is best known for his role as Deputy James Garcia on the Comedy Central series Reno 911! His voice-over work includes the role of Bobbi Fabulous on Phineas and Ferb, the Taco Bell chihuahua, Monroe in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Lazlo in Camp Lazlo, and as Jonathan Weed in Family Guy.

On Nickelodeon, he is best known as the voice of Rocko and Spunky on Rocko's Modern Life, Denzel Crocker, Juandissimo Magnifico, and Sheldon Dinkleberg on The Fairly OddParents, and most recently, Carlos Casagrande and Sergio on The Loud House and The Casagrandes, and Scissors on Rock, Paper, Scissors. Other major Nickelodeon roles included Winslow T. Oddfellow and Lube on CatDog and Granpapi Rivera on El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.
