Charles Michael "Charlie" Adler is a American voice actor best known for his work on Tiny Toons Adventures and Cow and Chicken/I Am Weasel. On Nickelodeon, he was the voice of Ickis from Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, the school principal from the pilot of As Told by Ginger, and most notably, Ed and Bev Bighead on Rocko's Modern Life, both of which he reprised for Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling.
