Cheryl Ann Oteri (born September 19, 1962) is an American actress, comedian, screenwriter and producer who was a regular cast member on Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 2000. For Nickelodeon, she voiced Connie Carmicheal in The Fairly OddParents and Miss Flap in Bunsen Is a Beast.
