Cheryl and Meryl Farrel are a pair of twin sisters in The Loud House. Cheryl is the assistant principal at Royal Woods Elementary, while her younger sister Meryl holds the same position at Royal Woods Middle School. Cheryl is the one who dresses in yellow-and-green, and her hair is a slightly darker shade of brown; Meryl wears pink-and-purple and has a mole on her cheek.
In contrast to polar-opposite twins Lana and Lola Loud, Cheryl and Meryl are identical in both appearance and personality, to the point that Lincoln initially mistook Meryl for Cheryl when he first met her in "Schooled!" They are both kind-hearted to the students at their respective schools, and also enjoy watching the soap opera Southern Hospitality, as well as going on double-dates with their rarely-seen boyfriends Errol and Darryl. A major difference the sisters do have is that Cheryl is more mature and responsible, while Meryl tends to slack off at work and is a bit more reckless.
