Conroy Blanc is a Jamaican herritage on Rocket Power who speaks with a Caribbean accent. A skater of some renown, he is the resident caretaker of Madtown Skatepark where he apparently lives in a derelict Airstream trailer parked there as well as a teacher at Ocean Shores Elementary School, where he got a position left vacant by the retirement of the previous fourth grade teacher. Now Conroy teaches in the class attended by Otto and Twister.
