David Aloysius "Dave" Needham (born 12 June 1985) is a British-Welsh director, story artist, and art director who served as the director of The Loud House Movie and the SpongeBob SquarePants spin-off movie Plankton: The Movie.
Career[]
Needham began his media career in 2001, when he worked as a character designer on the Gorillaz: Clint Eastwood music video.[1] He then worked on Robotboy throughout the 2000s decade. In 2011, he moved to the United States, at which point he began working on feature-length films. He has since worked as a story artist on such films as Penguins of Madgascar, Trolls, The Boss Baby, The Lego Batman Movie, and Smallfoot. The Loud House Movie marked his directorial debut.
