Dee-Bradley Coltin Baker (born August 31, 1962 Indiana) is an American voice actor. He is best known for his voice-work on animated series and video games such as Codename: Kids Next Door, Phineas and Ferb, Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, American Dad!, Ben 10, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Halo, Gears of War, Portal 2, Jungle Cubs, and Left 4 Dead.
Baker made his voice-acting debut on Nickelodeon as the voice of Olmec on Legends of the Hidden Temple, a role he reprised for the upcoming made-for-TV movie adaption. He is known for voicing various characters on SpongeBob SquarePants, including Perch Perkins, Bubble Bass, and Squilliam Fancyson. He is also known as the voices of Appa and Momo on Avatar: The Last Airbender, even reprising the roles for the live-action film The Last Airbender.
In addition, he voiced Wulf on Danny Phantom; Kiko on Winx Club; Elmer, Binky, Sanjay, Remy Buxaplenty, and the Bronze Kneecap on The Fairly OddParents; Naga on The Legend of Korra; Happy on The Mighty B!; a feral Marlene in The Penguins of Madagascar; many one-shot characters on Random! Cartoons, including Rainicorn and the Snow Golem in the "Adventure Time" short; almost every animal character on Shimmer and Shine; and additional voices on all of the above.
