Dee Dee Rescher (born August 28, 1953) is an American actress known for her acting and voice-over roles in both film and television.
For Nickelodeon, she voiced a little girl in Rugrats, provided additional voices in All Grown Up! and My Life as a Teenage Robot, and voiced Torvald's mother in Hey Arnold!.
