Don Reynolds is Dino Spumoni's partner on Hey Arnold!; he wrote the lyrics to Dino's songs while Dino wrote the music, since he can't compose music any better than Dino can write lyrics. "Back in the old days", both were boarders at the Sunset Arms, and returned there for a brief time after their breakup in the episode "Partners".
Don and Dino have a love/hate relationship with each other. On the surface they genuinely seem to hate each other, but deep down they are still friends. In "Partners", both of them realize they need each other to make their songs good, and he cried when he thought Dino was dead.
