The following is a list of episodes from the fourth season of Doug, listed in production order.

When this season was released on DVD in 2009, the episodes "Doug's Bum Rap" and "Doug's Babysitter" were inexplicably missing, and the set was instead labeled as the "Best of Season 4". However, the two missing episodes were reinstated when the Complete Series DVD set was released in 2014.

For some reason, this and the preceding season were removed from TeenNick's rerun rotation of Doug in April 2018, and have not re-aired there since.
