Douglas Lawrence Osowski (born January 1, 1969), better known as Doug Lawrence or Mr. Lawrence, is an American voice actor, comedian, writer, storyboard artist, animator and director. He is best known for his work on SpongeBob SquarePants, on which he has voiced Sheldon J. Plankton, Larry the Lobster, Elaine and various other characters, including portraying the nameless artist in the episode "Frankendoodle". He was also the voice of Filburt Turtle on Rocko's Modern Life and was a layout assistance for the second season of The Ren & Stimpy Show.
