Dr. Paula Hutchison, or Hutch for short, is a recurring character on Rocko's Modern Life. Originally a dentist, Hutch has also been a cashier, surgeon, veterinarian, obstetrician, and pharmacist. She has a big smile and a very upbeat outlook on life. She has a hook in place of her right hand, for reasons unknown, though it does not hinder her normal activity in any way. Filburt Turtle eventually marries her and they later have four kids.
Despite Hutch becoming a more prominent member of the cast as the show went on, she was oddly absent from the show's first comic book under Marvel Comics. She eventually did appear in the first issue of the second Rocko's Modern Life comic book by Boom! Studios.
