Dwayne Douglas Johnson (born May 2, 1972), also known by his ring name the Rock, is an American-Canadian actor, producer, businessman, retired professional wrestler, and former American football and Canadian football player. He wrestled for the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, later WWE) for eight years prior to pursuing an acting career. He is best known for his movie roles in Tooth Fairy, Pixar's Moana, and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Jumanji: The Next Level.
On Nickelodeon, he guest-starred as himself on Romeo!. He was the host for the 2009 Kids' Choice Awards. He also won an award for Favorite Movie Actor at the Kids' Choice Awards 2020: Celebrate Together.
