William Dwight Schultz is an American actor and voice artist who is best known for his live-action roles as Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock on the 1980s action series The A-Team and as Reginald Barclay in the Star Trek franchise. He also voiced Mung Daal in Chowder.
For Nickelodeon, he voiced Eddie the Squirrel on CatDog, guest starred as Wyrm in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode "The Weird World of Wyrm", and provided additional voices in the Harvey Beaks pilot episode, "Pe-Choo".
