Estelle Harris (née Nussbaum; April 4, 1928 - April 2, 2022) was an American actress, known for her exaggerated shrill, grating voice. She is best known for her roles as Estelle Costanza on Seinfeld, the voice of Mrs. Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise, Muriel in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, and Mama Gunda in Tarzan II.
For Nickelodeon, she played Mrs. Halberstadt in the iCarly episode "iScream on Halloween", and voiced Oz's Mother on Fanboy & Chum Chum.
Harris died at the age of 93 of natural causes at her home in Palm Desert, California on April 2, 2022.
