Ethan Slater (born June 2, 1992) is an American actor, singer, writer, and composer who played SpongeBob SquarePants in the SpongeBob SquarePants Broadway musical, for which he received a Tony Award nomination for the Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical category.
Early life and education[]
Slater grew up in Washington, D.C., and attended Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School and Georgetown Day School. He attended Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
