Fifi Dufus (pronounced "Dew-foo") is the main antagonist of No Time to Spy: A Loud House Movie. She is the wife of Dr. Rufus Dufus, one of Myrtle's old enemies from her spy days, who has long been seeking revenge against Myrtle for accidentally sending her husband into space.

Role in the film[]

37 years prior to the events of The Loud House, Fifi was married to maniacal supervillain Dr. Rufus Dufus. Rufus had planned to launch a rocket that would destroy all of the world's communication satellites, so that they could both replace them with one of their own. When Myrtle, alias Agent 28, came to thwart his plan, Rufus wound up trapped inside his own rocket and launched into space. Unbeknownst to Myrtle, Fifi had just come back from getting take-out and saw her husband getting launched into space. Believing that Myrtle was to blame for Rufus's demise, Fifi began to plot revenge against her.

37 years later, in the present, Fifi seizes the opportunity when she learns about Myrtle's engagement to Albert Reynolds. When the couple go to a tropical island for their wedding, bringing the Loud family with them, Fifi disguises herself as another vacationing tourist and pretends to befriend the family, especially Lincoln, keeping her true intentions hidden from both them and the audience. Meanwhile, Fifi's minions manage to capture Myrtle, leading Albert and the Louds into a rescue mission, which ultimately results in them being trapped in a rocket like the one that Rufus was trapped in 37 years ago. It is at this point that Fifi reveals her true identity as the evil mastermind, having manipulated the Louds into coming here so that she could launch them into space as revenge against Myrtle. She also taunts Lincoln about this, breaking his spirit and nearly leading him to later sacrifice himself so that his family is able to escape. When Myrtle tries to get Fifi to deactivate the rocket, Fifi instead drops into the ocean below, taking the rocket's remote with her.

Being the only antagonist on The Loud House that the Louds could never actually defeat, it is likely that Fifi would still be trying to kill them after they all make it back to Earth. Fortunately, any possible further attempts are ultimately thwarted by Flop Philippini (Flip's cousin), who is revealed to have caught and arrested her (along with her loyal henchman Ham Hand) at the end of the movie.
