William Robert "Bill" Farmer (born November 14, 1952) is an American voice actor, comedian and impressionist. He has performed the voice of the Disney character Goofy since 1987, Pluto and Horace Horsecollar and Hop Pop Plantar from the Disney XD animated series "Amphibia".
For Nickelodeon, he provided additional voices on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, and also voiced The Wise Old Crab in the 2006 video game Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island.
