Baby Jeffrey is the puppet nephew of Marc Weiner who introduces his uncle at the start of every episode of Weinerville. Jeffrey is a sneaky little trickster who always makes a mess after introducing Marc at the start of the show, and is very mischievous. In the episode "Missing Cartoons", he stole the cartoons for the show, much to the worry of Marc and Dotty, who worry about the cartoons being missing.
