Joseph Francis "Joe" Alaskey (April 17, 1952 - February 3, 2016) was an American actor, comedian and voice artist, credited as one of the successors of Mel Blanc in impersonating the voices of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester, Tweety and other characters from Warner Bros. cartoons, such as Plucky Duck on Tiny Toon Adventures. Alaskey was born in Troy, New York.
For Nickelodeon, Joe Alaskey provided the voice of Lou Pickles on Rugrats following the death of the character's original voice, David Doyle. He would remain Lou's voice through the All Grown Up! spin-off series.
