Judith "Judy" Honey Neutron is Hugh's wife and Jimmy's mother on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. She has long straight light brown hair and beautiful green eyes. She wears jumbo gold hoop earrings, wears a green sleeveless dress with small pink polka-dots, along with a white pearl necklace. Judy wears green high-heel dress shoes, wears red lipstick, and has a mole on the right side of her face. Her nails are polished with purple nail polish. She is portrayed as a typical, good-natured housewife, and at different points throughout the course of the series she has been shown to possibly possess a great amount of intelligence with complex inventions, similar to her son (she apparently keeps a utility closet that houses outrageously complicated weaponry that also doubles as cleaning utensils).
Judy crosses into the Fairly Odd Parents universe in the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour. In the special, Judy is hypnotized by Timmy into believing she's a superhero named Mighty Mom, a reference to Mrs. Turner's alter ego.
