Frederick "Fred" Tatasciore (born June 13, 1968) is an American voice actor and former stand-up comedian who portrays secondary characters as well as monstrous-looking types.
For Nickelodeon, he voiced Yung the resistance leader in the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode "Return to Omashu", Farmer Buyer on Back at the Barnyard, the Toupee fiend on Making Fiends, Mr. Papier on Random! Cartoons, and the Emperor on Planet Sheen, and provided additional voices on Invader Zim. He also voiced Gus and other minor characters on The Penguins of Madagascar, Master Shifu and Gahri on Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, Rocksteady in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and the Bread Maker in Breadwinners. His most recent Nickelodeon roles are Bernie (one of Albert's friends at the Sunset Canyon Retirement Home) on The Loud House, on which he has voiced several other additional roles as well, and Splinter (in vermin language) in Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
