Gordy is the janitor of James K. Polk Middle School on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, and a friend of Ned, Cookie and Moze. He usually advise Ned or helps him, but he's extremely lazy and rarely does his job, though the students love him because he's goofy and looks after them. He hates the Weasel and is on a mission to capture him and send him to a weasel preserve. It also shows that Vice Principal Crubs has an urge to bust Gordy for not doing his job. It also appears that Gordy loves fires and explosions.
In "Guide to: Reading and Principals", he reveals he once published a book about a man who was a janitor by day and a spy by night.
