The Great Lakes City Rats are minor antagonists from The Loud House and the recurring antagonists in its spin-off, The Casagrandes.
Biography[]
The Great Lakes City rats are mean and scary sentient animals who hatred of humans and wants to terrorize them by causing chaos across the city, but they turn out to simply be a large group of rats. They enjoys eating food and terrorize anyone who trespassing the tunnel. They make their first appearance in "The Spies Who Loved Me" where the rats attack the Casagrandes while Ronnie Anne distracts them with her pretzel to save her family.
The rats later appears in the spin-off series, like in "Trend Game" who chases Ronnie Anne and her friends by throwing them out of the tunnel while a rat eat Sameer's shoe. The Great Lakes City rats carry Bobby and Par on their inflatable raft in "Never Friending Story" and also attack Carl in "Fool's Gold" when the latter gets a treasure hunt clue.
In "My Fair Cat Lady", the rats steal Marcus' van and drive a few feet to escape. They then escapes from the van to merge into a giant rat beast and fights between the Great Lakes City Rats and Neighborhood Cats.

The rat leader is the leader of city rats and the unseen character until in the third season episode "My Fair Cat Lady" as physical appearance. During the series, he orders his city rats to get food and terrorize people by causing chaos across the city.

They are the Rat Leader's minions who help him terrorize people and cause chaos across the city.
Personality[]
They are mean, scary, vicious and mysterious sentient rats who despises the humans and wants to terrorize them by causing chaos across the city. They also terrorize and attack anyone who ever trespasses the tunnel.
Appearance[]
They are simply gray brush-furred rats with yellow eyes.

- Some people have believed that the Great Lakes City rats aren't villains, although they were villains because they're sentient animals.
- As of the episode "My Fair Cat Lady", the city rats reveal their leader.
