Gullah Gullah Island is an American children's television series starring Ron Daise and his wife Natalie Daise. It was the first show designed for preschoolers to feature a Gullah family. It was created by Maria Perez-Brown, Kathleen Minton, and Kit Laybourne and was shot at Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.

Home video releases[]

Sony Wonder released three VHS tapes of Gullah Gullah Island in 1995 and 1996. The tapes were subsequently re-released by Paramount Home Video, who released three more tapes of the series in 1997 and 1998.
Manufacture-on-demand DVD sets of all four seasons were released exclusively on Amazon.com on February 7, 2012. These sets unfortunately were discontinued on June 4, 2021.
