Tong Hoon Lee, (born July 18, 1973) is an American actor, voice actor and screenwriter. He voiced Splinter in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, and Shredder in the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.[1]
