Jay Gragnani is an American voice actor, who voices Harold Hutchins in The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, replacing Thomas Middleditch. Since Season 2, Harold's voice has deepened because of Jay's puberty. He has been an actor since 2011, with his first role being Gil from the Bubble Guppies. He also voiced Lance in The Loud House episode "Making the Case".
