Jeff "Swampy" Marsh is an American television director, writer, producer, storyboard artist, and actor associated with several animated television series. He is best known as the co-creator of the Disney Channel cartoons Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law with Dan Povenmire. Before that, he was a writer and storyboard artist for Rocko's Modern Life.
