Jimmy Bellinger (born July 24, 1990) is an American actor who portrayed Artie Smalls on the Disney Channel sitcom Liv & Maddie. He also appeared in one episode in the Disney XD series Kickin' It and portrays Steven in the 2011 Disney Channel Original Movie, Geek Charming.
On Nickelodeon, he played the roles as Mayor Mills and Clay Spackle from Nickelodeon's Sizzling Summer Camp Special.
