Joey Stevenson is one of Arnold's classmates in Hey Arnold! He is often considered "the kid with one missing tooth". According to Rhonda he is one of the "geeks".
He was originally in Harold's circle of friends along with Stinky and Sid, but after Season 1 he mainly appeared on his own.
One of his major and most notable roles is in the episode "Pigeon Man" where he Harold and Stinky accidentally wreck up Pigeon Man's place trying to make simple mischief.

Joey is African-American with light brown skin and dark curly hair he is usually seen wearing a light green shirt blue shorts and black shoes he also seems to have lost a permanent tooth.
