Jonathan Lewis Goldstein (born December 4, 1964) is an American actor.

He is best known for his role as Walter Nichols in the sitcom Drake & Josh. It is this role that led him to appearing in the show's TV Movies Drake & Josh Go Hollywood, Really Big Shrimp, and Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh.

After the series ended, he would go on to direct two episodes of iCarly, "iEnrage Gibby" and "iStage an Intervention", which starred his ex-TV daughter Miranda Cosgrove.

His history with the creator of both shows, Dan Schneider, goes beyond acting. For about a decade, Goldstein waited tables between acting jobs. Schneider was one of his regular customers. Schneider did not initially recognize Goldstein when he auditioned for Drake & Josh.
