Jorge Guzman is a character from The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish. He is Hazel's teacher who teaches the fifth grade at Dimmadelphia enrichment academy. He is generally depicted as a kind, friendly and encouraging teacher who really cares about his students. He also occasionally gives Hazel personal advice whenever she's being anxious about something. He is also fair and reasonable; rarely strict, but can be if it's required.
