Catherine Davis "Kate" Higgins (born August 16, 1969) is a voice actress, singer, and jazz pianist. She was born in Charlottesville, Virginia grew up in Auburn, Alabama, and currently lives in Los Angeles. She is best known as the English voice of Sakura Haruno on the hit anime series Naruto, Talho Yūki from Eureka Seven, Lila Draper and Becky Brisbane from Polly Pocket, Barbie Roberts from Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse, C.C. from Code Geass and Saber from the anime Fate/stay Night.
She voiced Viper in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, as well as Diane in the All Grown Up! episode "Coup DeVille" and Narlene Narwhal in Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years and the SpongeBob SquarePants episodes "Something Narwhal This Way Comes" and "Upturn Girls".
