Katherine Ellen Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress. She is sometimes credited as Kath Soucie, Katherine Soucie, Kath Souci, Kath E. Soucie, and Kath Eleanor Soucie.
She has provided several voices for Nickelodeon shows. She voiced Phil, Lil, and Betty DeVille, and Buster and Alisa Carmichael on Rugrats. She would reprise her roles as Phil, Lil, and Betty in all three movies, The Rugrats Movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, and Rugrats Go Wild, and the sequel series, All Grown Up! She voiced Dusty in Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, Miriam Pataki, Marilyn Berman, Mrs. Vitello, Nancy, and Baby Oskar on Hey Arnold!, Blake Gripling on As Told By Ginger, Betty Quinlan on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Yadda Yadda Yeti on ChalkZone, XJ-4 and XJ-5 on My Life as a Teenage Robot, Maddie Fenton, The Lunch Lady, and Box Lunch on Danny Phantom. She reprised her roles as Miriam and Marilyn for Hey Arnold!: The Movie, and Lola Bunny descandant Lexi Bunny.
