Keith James Ferguson (born February 26, 1972) is an American voice actor. He is perhaps best known for his roles as Blooregard Q. Kazoo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Basch fon Ronsenburg from Final Fantasy XII, Marluxia from Kingdom Hearts, Lord Hater from Wander Over Yonder, Lord Saladin from Destiny and Destiny 2, Lightning McQueen from Cars Toon, Pierre the Parrot from Talking Friends and Reaper from Overwatch.
For Nickelodeon, he voiced Baxter Stockman and Two-Face in Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Danny Phantom in Nicktoons MLB (it is unknown why David Kaufman, Danny's original voice actor, did not reprise the role for the game), and various voices in The Loud House.
