Kel Johari Rice Mitchell (born August 25, 1978) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, rapper, singer, dancer, voice actor, director, screenwriter, producer, and musician.

He is best known for his work as a regular cast member on the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That for the first five seasons from 1994 to 1999 alongside Kenan Thompson, and also for his role as Kel Kimble on the Nickelodeon sitcom Kenan & Kel.

His most notable All That characters include Coach Kreeton, Okrah, Repairman, and of course, Ed from "Good Burger", which was popular enough to garner a film that was released in 1997 by Nickelodeon Movies.

He was a panelist on Figure It Out in several episodes from 1998-1999. In 1999, he appeared in episodes of The Amanda Show and Cousin Skeeter. He also appeared in The Nick Cannon Show in 2002.

He lent his voice to T-Bone for the PBS animated series "Clifford the Big Red Dog" from 2000 to 2003. In 2013, he guest starred as Peezy B in the Sam & Cat episode "#PeezyB".

In July 2015, Mitchell returned to the network, starring as Double G in Game Shakers.

Mitchell served as a co-executive producer for the 2019 revival of All That. He also guest-starred in the Unfiltered episode "This Planet is Cuckoo!"
