Kelly Perine (born March 23, 1969) is an American television actor, writer, director, producer, and comedian.
On Nickelodeon, he played the roles as Kenny on Just Jordan, True's father on True Jackson, VP, the math teacher on The Thundermans, Uncle Charlie from Santa Hunters, Mr. McKlusky on School of Rock, Sir Gareth on Knight Squad, and Tinsel on Nickelodeon's Ho-Ho Holiday Special and Nickelodeon's Sizzling Summer Camp Special.
