Laura Ashley Bell Bundy (born April 10, 1981) is an American actress and singer who has performed in a number of Broadway roles, including Amber Von Tussle in the musical version of Hairspray, Standby for Glinda in Wicked, Elle Woods in the musical version of Legally Blonde. For her performance as Elle Woods, she received Tony and Drama Desk Award nominations. In 2010, she signed to Mercury Records Nashville and released her first two country music singles "Giddy On Up" and "Drop on By". Her film and television credits including Life with Mikey, Jumanji, Home Improvement, Guiding Light, Veronica Mars, Surf School, Cold Case, Dreamgirls, How I Met Your Mother, Hart of Dixie, Malibu Country, Royal Pains, Scream Queens, Fuller House, Liv and Maddie, Pure Country: Pure Heart and Snow Day.
