Leonard Loud is Lynn Loud Sr.'s father and the paternal grandfather of the Loud kids on The Loud House. Initially only seen briefly in flashbacks, he was officially introduced during the show's fifth season, when it was revealed that he has spent much of his life working as a fisherman by trade, and as a result, rarely got to spend time with his family. He is now the new proprietor of Camp Mastodon, a campsite that he often took Lynn Sr. to in his youth. Due to spending much of his life as a fisherman, he tends to use a lot of fishing-related expressions, such as calling his grandkids his "little minnows". In addition to having a strong physical resemblance to his son Lynn Sr. (with the obvious exception of having a very bushy beard), Leonard also shares his son's overemotional habit of breaking down sobbing.
