This is a list of characters from The Fairly OddParents sequel series The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder.

Main Characters

Vivian Turner

Vivian (Audrey Grace Marshall) is a 13-year-old girl and Timmy's cousin who moved from Oldsburg to Dimmsdale and goddaughter of Cosmo and Wanda. She's shy and doesn't really fit in at school.

Roy Raskin

Roy (Tyler Wladis) is 12-year-old boy who is Viv's stepsister and godson of Cosmo and Wanda. He likes goofing off and being popular at middle school.

Cosmo and Wanda

Cosmo Julius Cosma and his wife Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosma (voiced by Daran Norris and Susanne Blakeslee) are Vivian and Roy's fairy godparents after Timmy traded them to his cousin, Viv. Cosmo is childish, emotional, and easily excited, while Wanda is generally more calm and mature. However, despite their differences, they are very much in love.
